La saison 2009-2010 de Premiership est la cinquième édition du championnat professionnel de football de Simland, et oppose les quatorze meilleurs clubs simlandais en matchs aller-retour. Elle débute le 31 Juillet 2009 et voit le Standard Tygres s'imposer devant Charlotte Lone. Le championnat est placé sous l'égide de la Fédération Simlandaise de Football
